What we collect

• Your account info (email, username, profile photo if you add one)
• Your location, when the app is open and you're on a quest
• The places you walk into, what you save, what you post
• Your step count and quest history

What we share with spots

This is where most apps go quiet. We don't. Spots see aggregated and anonymised data: how many people came, what Houses they were in, what time, what brought them in. They never see your name, your email, your account or any individual record.

What we never do

• Sell your personal data to anyone
• Hand your individual record to a spot, advertiser or broker
• Track you when the app is closed
• Use your data for advertising profiles outside TreatQuest

Your controls

• Delete your account and all associated data in two taps from settings
• Export everything we hold on you, any time, in one tap
• Turn off location, posts, leaderboards or HotSpots independently
