Terms of use.

The short version: be kind, be honest, and don't game the gate.

Using TreatQuest

• You'll be at least 16 to create an account.
• You won't try to fake your location, spoof check-ins, or otherwise break the walking gate. It's the whole point of the app.
• You'll keep your posts decent. No hate, no harassment, no spam, no impersonating spots you don't own.
• You own what you post. You give us a licence to display it inside TreatQuest.

If you run a spot

• You actually run the place you've claimed. We'll verify.
• Treats and loyalty rewards you list are honoured at the door.
• You'll keep treat alerts genuine. People can mute you if they're not.

If we mess up

We'll fix it. Limitation of liability is the usual SaaS shape: we're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or the time you walked to a place that turned out to be shut. We'll always try to make it right.

Changes

If we change these terms in any meaningful way, we'll tell you. Continuing to use the app means you're OK with the new version.
